Please Help Id Strange Creature

I'm new to the hobby, so bear with me. I came home today and saw 2 differnet creatures that I never noticed before. Can someone tell me if these are safe in my tank and What are they
The first one looks like a very small coco worm but the only thing that I see is spider web like thing coming out of it.
And the second one ????, and their is 3 of them in different places.

No idea on pic 1, but 2 and 3 look like aptasia

I googled aiptasia and looked at all the pics and noticed that they have pointy tips, the ones in my tank have more of a rounded tip? does that make any sense??

Yes, like a feather duster would have. This is what he is doing he releases something that resembles a string like substance and then retracts it the string like thing seems to be very sticky because anything that is floating in the water sticks to it, Then he repeats it again.

the 1st pic. is a vermetid snail. it uses the strings like spider web to capture food. reef safe....good creature.

the 2nd and 3rd are majano anemones. they out compete corals for food and real estate. they multiply very quickly. check out this thread

Thanks tomtoothdoc, I removed all the majano with joes juice, hopefully I won't find anymore. Should I be worried about the vermetid snail??

The Vermetid snail won't bother anything, no worries there. Just it's webs can be annoying to look at when they are out, but at least it isn't all of the time
