what are these bugs?

i found many of this bugs on the glass of my tank.
can some one tell me what are these bugs and are they harmful to my corals and livestock? thank you in advance.

flat worms...not good, should treat tank, some wrasses eat them

cathyC this tank been over a year.. everything was fine until the pass month,i had red slime algae and i treated with altra red slime remover after 2 days all my SPS died.all LPS are fine.i just did a 25 % water changed yesterday and plan to do another 10% tomorrow.any thought would be appreciated!!!!!!!!!!1

yes i've bought some corals couple weeks ago,i always dip my new corals accept the last time!

dum dum duuuummmm... flatworms suck. i got a wrasse and each water change sucked as much as i could out with a small air line tube..... ALWAYS DIP YOUR CORALS!!! i used to never dip until i got flatworms just like you.
