looks more like a sponge of sorts.

I could be wrong because it's hard to tell from the pic but if it isn't a sponge like tentacles said, it could be a stichodactyla or ahaddoni (species of carpet anemone's) copy and paste those names into google images to see if it looks similar to what you have on your tank..
