not quite sure what this is...

Does anyone have any idea what this may be? I pulled this off of a small colony of blue anthelia i bought the other day. it was stinging the surrounding anthelia so it seems kinda nasty.any help would most certainly be appreciated.

Your welcome, its a pretty coral that is not easy to come by. I bought a half inch frag Sat for 20 bucks

VERY cool man, they look almost like cloves..how big should i expect this to get?

I have them too(thanks Andy)...they will grow as large as the rock they are attached too...like a mat. I keep mine on their own little island.

Thanks mike, it looks like ill be cutting a glueing soon cause its about the same size as the rock its on.
