I am not sure if this is a button polyp that spread to the back of my tank or aiptasia? Hope its not what I think it is!

First pic(sorry for the bad pic) is the culperate, second pic is my button polyps.

What do you mean by popping into a rock? And can button polyps spread like that?

If you poke or disturb the polyp in any way, it will simply close. If it is Aiptasia, the "tentacles" will retract "inside itself" and almost completely disappear.
