Hello people,
There is too much to say but that quote says it all for me. Contrition and being big enough to admit mistakes, [ let alone massive amounts of them] in public on tape lowers the shields and makes it possible to forge consensus thru reason and dialogue.
I accept this offering with eyes and mind open and look forward to weekly progress in the drive to reform field efforts... which then enable the rest to go forth.
I have 22 years of pent up frustration to release into a nationwide training program that will be accompanied by monitoring, management plans, CDTS and yes certifications.
Working on the inside constructively is exactly what I want to do. I have absolutely no need to vent into a computer for the next couple of years IF allowed to get quickly to the point and do the work.
The only thing worse then 22 years of not solving this problem is 23 years of not solving it.
Critics, reformers, importers and all marinelife dealers need to get wet and contribute and make this cancer on our trade disappear. Take part in it, lead it...follow it or get out of the way.
MAC has lowered their sword and I will do the same now as an eye for an eye will eventually blind us all.
Fear not you fellow critics out there for I am a critic as well. We need however to be driven by argument and reason .. and not by genetics and hatred.
If this however is a ploy to disarm us and lure us inside as some of you are thinking right now, don't worry. What better place to burn down a house than from the inside?
The CORL/MAC 1,000 man net training proposal is on the table
now and the time of making massive mistakes must come to an end.
Sincerely, Steve Robinson
