I may not be liked for posting my opinion, but I thought his interview was lacking....
He has good intentions, but I don't think he knew how to get his message across. Those of us that know what cyanide does to fish, short term and long term, have a serious problem with it. We are all in a position now, of having emotion disliking cyanide, but joe blow American has never heard of such a thing. We as a marine keeping population can mail Disney, whoever, but if a larger number mails them, like a tv audience it would be better for our cause. Getting to the point, this is why I thought his interview was lacking. He needed, especially when Keith asked what is cyanide and why is it important, he needed to drop the propagande getting Disney on board, and put this poisoning of thousands of fish in the hearts of the viewers. Rather than doing this, he merely repeated the same thing he had said several times before. Simply we, as a population of fish lovers, rarely get an audience anywhere near the size, and especially as broad as this MSNBC audience. I honestly think his message will not do anything productive, especially compared to what it could have done..... I also doubt Disney will have any incentive to do anything. Unless we get their target concerned and voicing some opinion, they have little incentive to help.
Also Steve, Please take no offense from the critisism, but I believe it is something to serious consider if you have a venue or audience of this magnitude again....
I know this is a far cry from most of the responses to this thread, but its my opinion!
