Thanks for drawing attention to this review.

I remain worried about the growing claims of sustainability ... in the absence of resource assessments. This is MAC's strategy and I am puzzled by the uncritical approach to this key question in the GMAD document. If anyone would like to discuss it further, I've made a comment on the review on:
