Well it is obvious Vitz that a comprehensive universal heath care programme is long overdue in the US so that all citizens benefit from the best of health care, monies will still be available for projects such as protecting the reefs.

I think Naesco "gets it just fine, the idea that everyone should bare the burden of those individuals whom choose have a cell phone and dine out each night .....instead of purchase health care coverage. Is not that different from the idea that all fishermen in PI should be held responsible and bare the burden of the few Cyanide fishermen. Universal health care or universal ban on MO fish.......Its the people playing by the rules that get burned and the cheaters and lazy good for nothings that get to screw us .

I have to say that this is one of the few things you've said that actually bares some semblance to reality. Dante's paper sure showed it to be true- those who really used destructive methods were a small percentage, yet cause most of the damage to the reefs.

I've been to Yosemite many times (I lived in No. Cal. for about 10 yrs). I can assure you that dogs are not allowed on backcountry trails in Yosemite. You can step on many kinds of poop (actually, it's interesting to find out what you're stepping on, but I think this is a family oriented forum), but it's not dog poop.

That is kinda a funny typo me being from the South and all........but actually I was born in and grew up in the San Fernando Valley.... Which means I am actually a "Valley Boy" ......"Spellings not my game Mr. Hand, The way I sea it , All I need is some cool waves and some hot chicks and I'll be communicating just fine. :wink:
