I think its a public issue and since only James will speak for MAC...we are fortunate to have him join us.
If James and Lino were in charge of the field response for MAC, obviously we could work it out. We would've put this thing behind us by now I'll bet.
However, to non-fish people...our reason falls on deaf ears it seems.
First Haribon, then the IMA and finally MAC. After 15 years of this, somethings gotta give and fish conversant people should have a greater role in dealing with other fish people who cannot be fooled by anything short of genuinity.
I have a photo of the 'green net' poor divers in Bali were given to try and catch fish.[ by my favorite NGO] wITH SUCH A WORTHLESS MATERIAL It appeared that the intention was to make the divers go back to cyanide! If not the intention however...it was the effect. That sort of thing has gone on and on and its high time that fish people with a fish I.Q. in triple figures start working together on this. If allowed that is.
If James was involved...that green net fraud wouldn't have gone forward would it?
I know it wouldn't have because he would have understood things the first time around. After so many years of this, its a wonder that I still have a nice disposition and sunny outlook on life.
