I can only imagine how many people looked at this thread's title and were silently saying (or maybe even out loud) "OH YEAH! Someone's finally going to put that troublemaker in place!!". Of course they were all glad you were doing it because they don't have the guts too.

Business is good. We have lots and lots more fish. A new fancy schmancy auction site and online shopping cart. A couple of new suppliers we're trying out next month. Fun, fun, fun!!! Did you move into your parent's old house?

It starts as soon as I send out the stocklist and ends at 8am on our first ship out day (usually Monday, but Tuesday this week because of the holiday).

Once my budget increases from it's very small size I'll be able to spread the wealth around. It pisses me off, but the business is recovering strongly from the way it was before...

Well, my budget has been averaging less than $1,000 a week, and it's difficult to split that up. We let three people go to help with the money flow in recovering the huge debt, so one trip to the airport is all I get a week due to the understaffing. Tough to schedule shipments that way. The airport is a 2 hour round trip. Not to make an excuse, but just telling it like it is now...
