When something says allowbale size for say fishing it means you take anything bigger than that. This is a pretty vague rule. Doesnt state if maximum allowable size is x or if x is the minimum allowable size. (Playing devils advocate here)

Okay .......so either I have received over one thousand illegal coral from Tonga this year...[toosmall}.....or the gentleman in the photos over at Reefcentral is collecting corals that are too large . Its one or the other:wink: Im ready to tke full responsibility for my illegal activities

On a productive note, you should prolly get this list to the Tongan Ministry of Fisheries Rep who watched them pack up the shipments and said nothing instead of crying on the internet.

Your missing the greater point . Pointing out that no body in charge seemed to care that the laws were being broken is ........ Its like pointing to the cyanide use in the Philippines and claiming that because nobody in charge seems that interested in enforcing the laws against cyanide ........fish collected with cyanide are somehow legal. Corals larger then what the law permits are illegal to export ...........even if the ministry for fisheries collects them himself. :wink:
