I do assure you Peter, the unposted 'setup' in no way portrayed any of the alluded personages in a negative way, save, to varying degrees, as victims of arbitrary, perhaps unrealistically high, and possibly-irrelevant standards and expectations.
...save perhaps for the Confederate Kings: they are there for more than having been victims. Their fate, and more importantly their stupefying failures, perhaps mirrors that of the MO industry today, and the Iberian peninsula was all the poorer for it.
