With all due respect... I was there simply researching any interest within small fishing communities to participate in yet another project by an NGO... Some are very hesitant to say the least, especially in Bohol... I was invited to meet with the Gov of Bohol and other LGU on this as well.

The project would be addressing and working to resolve relative and pertinent issues such as enhancing quality of life and livliehood development efforts, environmental sustainability education, sustainable farming and fisheries (which includes eradicating destructive fishing practices), aquaculture, etc.... It is however all just in the very early stages....

All the "CIA" and "top secret" stuff were just jokes Doc....
