Please, someone come to South Jersey and by south I mean within 20 minutes of ME and start a good store.

Sorry - I am not moving to Jersey

I used to drive an hour to my good LFS back home in Canada. When I lived in the city it was about 15 minutes away, if that. When I moved out to the boonies we kept coming back - well worth the drive to support a store that supported us as hobbyists.

Plenty of my customers now are local, but many brave Atlanta traffic for an hour or more. If it's worth it to them - they will.

I have to be really really desperate for something for my tank anymore in order to get myself to drive all the way to Clementen.


Its so not fair that some people get to walk down to a cool reef store only minutes away from their house. I WANT reefing equality! Its prejudice I tell ya!

I think I should lay down again, being sick is affecting my subway of thought...

maybe an aquaculture-specialist reef store. you might get some seed money from coral reef NOAA grants. not sure what their specific criteria are though but promoting coral aquaculture-only as a "viable" alternative to imports should count for something.

They are about an hour north of me. I haven't been to that one yet, I will have to check it out.

Its not an area I would normally go towards, course I don't leave the house much...
