CUBA again!

I had to cancel last year's trip but I am booked and am going.

Does anyone have any contacts in the marine fish/coral industry in Cuba that I could meet with while I am there?

I understand the reefs are flourishing. Developing a sustainable fishery and aqua culture industry would assist the economic development of the country.

Bookfish is correct. I have no intention of taking anything home with me. I am just sincerely interested in meeting with someone in the marine industry while I am there.

given the approximately 5 year history i'm aware of, of naesco and all of his postings-i can hardly believe that he's in any way interested in doing anything beneficial to anything even remotely connected with either the hobby,industry or environment

Doesn't anyone realize that Fidel Castro set his people free from American capitalistic domination. He had his peoples full support when he took power and when he twarted the invasion.
