Polyethylene Water Storage in the LA Region- Primary Source

Does anyone know the primary supplier of polyethylene water storage tanks? I think they are somewhere in downtown LA region.

I got some quotes from some other suppliers and I assume they must order them from one or two of the main plastic molding companies, because they have a 2 week turn around.

cemtainer makes them in TN try used call the pool chlorine guys (wholesalers) I buy the used ones that come out of service for $50
so they dont have to cut them up. Eric is rich so he can buy new
