Wayne doesn't recognize that fact....we've tried to tell him but he insists on taking that subject to talking US politics so we leave it alone now. Politics on any forum besides the sump is kinda against the UA since the implode very rapidly.

This thread was started with the intent to show American industry what Cuban industry is providing to wholesalers outside the US and for no other reason.

The fact that your government does not allow you the freedom to purchase from Cuba is a issue that you have to deal with. Either live with it or change it.

Hold the trip because I want to do some due diligence on the supplier first.
I want to satify myself that:

1. removal of the rock does not cause environmental issues.
2. sustainable practices on their coral and fish are in force
3. the fish are net caught.

I will than be in a position to recommend them.

Although the pictures are poor, (I am arranging to get good quality pictures and I will post them when I receive them) the rock looks interesting, eh. Lots of life attached.

I have seen ricordea rocks at stores and in the wild but I have never seen ricordea massed together like that. Again I will get better pictures.

Then you obviously haven't seen any of bob's hatian ricordea rock or any of the pre-ban florida ricordea rock. In the future, you might want to do your due diligence before you post the "coming soon" photos

Honestly, if it's that good, how come that's the only shipment they've got since March 2008

Last I heard about a store in Ontario (CANADA, not California) got a cuban shipment, it only lasted a one time thing also.

Maybe it's a hit & run thing
