I know it isn't normal but maybe the community can help I have a Duncan that has 6 heads but 1 of the heads has 2 mouths it grew in like that in my tank. Any input would be useful. Maybe I'm doing something wrong

In general I think they bud most of the time, but I don't believe they are incapable of splitting. Maybe some other members can jump in here but generally speaking the duncan looks happy IMO you don't have anything to worry about.

I agree. The Duncan looks happy and healthy. The Duncans I've kept usually bud when splitting , but it would worry me if I saw one splitting in 2 that way. I also wouldn't be too concerned if the Duncan stayed as a 2 mouth head. I've seen many different corals stay as 2 mouth polyps including zoas and shrooms. Why not a Duncan too?
