Gotta tell you, I LOVED going to Manhattan Aquariums two years ago, even though I got sticker shock every time, it was clear that they knew what they were doing and they were nice guys.
WELL... I ran in today to pick-up some food for my filter feeders. Not only have they added some INCREDIBLE display tanks, were they even nicer (if that is even possible- everyone said hello as I passed them, they were very helpful and they even asked if I was on Manhattan Reefs!) BUT, and here is the important part- while still expensive compared to some other places, their prices seems to be MUCH lower than before. After the MR discount I am more than happy to support them. They are well worth the extra 10-25% "Manhattan surcharge".
I am VERY happy to see that they have made progress in all areas, even those I thought could not be improved upon! Two thumbs up!!!
