I'm looking at MH lighting at the moment the tank im getting is a 40 gallon 36"L x 15"W x 16"H < would a 250watt MH with 2 VHO or PC be overkill?Or should i get 150watt, seems most ppl say anything over 20" go 250watt.... i want to be able to keep Anemone's, SPS's and clams.I dont want to cook...
