I am looking for like 15lbs of cured live rock and have called like 3-4 stores and they all want $9/lb or more. Is this normal? I live in NYC where do you all get your live rock? Ill be in North New Jersey on Friday/Sat if there are any stores out that way. Looking for suggestions. Thanks

Awi is that just regular instant ocean (purple branding) or reef crystals (orange branding). just curious as i use reef crystals... i have never checked mag or calcium in a new bucket of water. I just make sure temp, salinity, nitrates, phosphate and ammonia are good to go

Hey E.intheC - thanks for the response. I do not think its getting too much flow... id say if anything not getting enough. my 3 fish certainly do laps and that helps move the torch around but other then when theya re doing laps, its just calmly blowing in the water
