    I have the same unit, I just run it into my skimmer at the lowest setting for six hours a day. Years ago I made a muffler/air filter that is just a 1 1/2" PVC closed on one end that I drilled and put some JG fitting in. I put filter floss in the open end to keep the air going to the skimmer...

    Thanks Mike, That coral is doing really well, but you are right it's a delicate coral for sure, easy to have a branch come off if someone bumps into it.

    I do as BKLYNREEF123, I generally will not dip a coral if it gets burnt tips, as it can add further stress. Better to either clip the tips or just leave them be.
