Any Bogwood?
This can turn your water a tanic IE yellowish. If so it maybe the wood in combo with a suspended bacterial bloom

Koi comets and Shubunkin gldfish will work. ALb Channel woudlw ork but I agree with the above poster they will and do eat smaller fish. If it will fit in its mouth it will get it

I added about 50 to 60 lbs of bogwood to a 55 and the water color is drivin me nutts. Any suggestions? Will carbon take it out or do I just live with it?
I am currently running a HOB filter and have it stuffed with carbon but to not much avail any other suggestions?

I misread Im sorry Yes we feed our fish every day and the corals every other. I do take the time to spot feed the ones that need it IE Sun Polyps etc. At our shop we do a pretty extenive talking and gaining research about a customers tank before we bag the corals to make sure that the customer...
IME Most wholesalers have such a quick turnover rate there basically isnt time to target feed but thats for common quickly moved species Im sure rthere are some that sit for days at a time but not sure.

Some of the wholsellers we buy from are very good at IDing critters but some just dont care and will send you whatever they grab. Once I asked for Xenia and ended up with antheila I mean comon there is a distince difference but I guess when ya deal with as may critters as they bad a day things...
What you need is a reality check. Anything bigger than 5 gallons should not be moved while full - period
This is the kind of stuff that keep me from posting here I think this is uncalled for.

I know Garf had one that seemed to be fairly cheap to set up was 3 tanks 4ft long by 2 ft front to back and 4 inches deep with a 12 inch sump might want to look it up
