That sucks. Mouse, I think it was good that you sent them an e-mail but you probably could have worded it a little better. Saying "P.S all your reef tanks suck" is not going to get them to take you seriously IMO. Constructive criticism worded maturely usually gets more attention. No flame...

Give it time one will eventually if you have them long enough. One of mine has not moved in 2.5 years either. The largest moves every 6 months or so and it is a disaster. Mostly just lots of dead shrooms and maybe some xenia from being stung. My largest is almost 2 feet across when streched out...

Im not sure how the ETS water exit is but on my PM bullet I run an 1800 gph pump and use a sponge to cover the water exit pipe. That helps lower the bubble amount immensly in my situation. Good luck.
