    I had problems with mine as well. I think it has a lot to do with the poor tolerances of those PVC fittings. I purchased more fittings until I found some that worked. ~ Mark

    I bought the Dico #36 buffing wheel today. In your notes, you recommend using a flannel wheel, the #36 is not. The #60 is a flannel wheel. Would that be better? Or will they both work. Any recommendations on buffing compound? Thanks, Mark

    I aquired some scrape acrylic with paper masking. There is no identification on the paper. Is there any way to determine cast vs. extruded just by looking at the acrylic? Is there any way to determine the brand of the acrylic? ~ Mark
