I had this on the two buckets of it I used, as well as the red sea coral pro salt. Oceanic did the same for me way back when I was using it 9-10 years ago. I now use ESV B-Ionic and I have not had ANY residue of any color in my mixing vats after having used 5 boxes of it so far.

I have had rusting neodymium magnets in my tank for years now with no ill effects. It does suck, though, that they bubbled on you like that, because that rack is not cheap.

I change my settings every few days to mix things up.

That's a little low, in my opinion. I'd shoot for 9 dKh.

If your camera supports RAW format, shoot in RAW and then adjust the white balance in a program such as Adobe Lightroom.
