Go with an icecap retro kit, and a make custom hood. Just did that for my 30 gallon tank and it looks great and I am very happy with the light output i'm getting with my t5's.

The config depends on the type of lamp you have. How many bulbs are in the thing.

what is your fuge made out of? if its glass you could cut the baffles to fit tight and use a piece of egg crate to hold them in place, thats what I did in my sump, to make a spot for me to put some chaeto in. Wouldn't use any kind of glue to hold it in though. Unless you drain the fuge first...

i used 1/4" soft tubing to install mine. No leaks at all. Make sure you use teflon tape on any the connections.

I have had mine for about 8 months and my tds meter still reads zero. I have run about 300 gallons of water through it. I really like it. Does a great job!
