Can anybody tell me a bit more about the 400W XM 20,000K bulbs? I have been running 400W Radium 20,000K bulbs for years...but when shopping for a new bulb I came across this one at HelloLights and had quite a bit of hype about it. Any help would be appreciated!

what is the importance of monitoring and controlling the ORP in a reef tank? Is it a must? Is there any damage done to PH and ORP probes if they arnt stored in their solution and let to dry out? Or does it just take a while for them to bounce back when reintroduced to salt water again?

I would also think about it if you have a refugia with macro algae. What does that stuff do to the macro algae if it kills the micro and hair algae. I have a 90 gallon Ref with a nasty hair algae problem and just scrubbing the sides and adding about 30 Astrea snails and they are eating the stuff...
