You could have it pull from a strainer into a tube, just like a canister filter, and then pump back into the tank, either with or without a SCWD. That would be you best, IMO. Hope this helps. Rush

I have a bicolor in a 75, and it is the most beautiful fish I have, I think. I also have clowns, ocellaris, and a bangaii cardinal. They also do not seem to get as big, which is a big plus to me with a smaller tank. Rush
