Baseball sized rock with around 30 mushrooms on it out of a well established tank. Prefer to sell but would possibly consider a trade for the right fish. Pick up in North Jersey zip 07435 after 7pm or Hoboken between 10 am and 6 pm.

Depending on where it was collected it could have been caught with cyanide. I've seen fish that looked otherwise healthy all of a sudden just die and in those cases it was most likely cyanide that caused it.
I will take a pic of it when I get home tonight and the lights are on. I picked up one of the Katropora frags and it is beautiful. nice polyp extension already and it looks right at home.
Oh and by the way, I was switching from metal halides and did not want to give up the shimmer effect of the halides. These lights actually shimmer more than my 250 watt radiums did. It looks like real sunlight in the tank.
I went with 2 kessil 360we on my 48 x 24 105 gallon. I could not be happier with them. I was debating between the same lights as you but I am glad that I went with the Kessils. I think they are a stronger light than the hydra 26.

Here is a link to a good article about keeping anemones. In my opinion that anemone looks stressed for one reason or another. This article lists some possible causes. Good luck
What size tank and how far under the light was the anemone. It looks to me like it bleached. If you put too much light on an anemone too quick it will bleach just like any coral. Do you have the fixture set at 100%?
I think you are right about the dip. I have read that echinata's don't tolerate any kind of dip very well. Something to do with them not producing as much slime as some other acros.
Thanks guys. The tank looked basically brand new when I got it. So far everything is doing well. I plan on ordering the spectral controller next so I have a little better control. I actually had to turn the kessils down a little for now because the corals on the top were starting to bleach. I...
I finally got the tank set up in my new house. All the fish survived for 5 days in a Rubbermaid stock tank but I lost almost all of my acros. I still have my stylophora, montis and all my LPS.
