    its not deep enouph like most you guys are using inches of live sand...I just have about inch and a half mabe of crushed coral......not enouph sand dwelling things to eat the bad stuff......like stars sea cucumbers? detritus kitt mabe? nutrients ...dont see what could cause it I dont feed...

    but I know the little bastard is eating my coraline algie...I bought two the other day and one has big claws..every where he is the rock is turning white ...hes not gently picking off algie...hes a brewt....what a monster.... I tryed to net him this morning...no good......Im thinking about bying...

    what you should do is bye 30 to forty lbs of live rock...you live near the ocean I take it?..go to the beach at low tide and look for coraline incrusted rock..throw them right in...what happens is the old coraline dies but new coraline attaches .....IMO

    ANEMONEBUFF Those bad boys are emporor 400`s I have removed the bio wheels and use them just as a mechanical filter. I have a amirical wett dry being used as sump with some pads in use but not much media... red sea berlin protien skimmer 10,000 k metal halides 2 blue atinic....

    danmhippo Ive found them but they are so small....like mabe a 1/4 inch....should I try to get them and mabe super glue to rock????? elastic band them ??? not shure how to handel it....they are getting good light....where they are know but one seems to be moving around,,,,

    Im pretty shure they will eat all the nice things in your tank.......I could be wrong...you ever realy look at the mouth on that bad boy....and boy do they love to eat
