I am cycling my tank with a shrimp and some LR and deadrock.. I put the shrimp in last Fri and LR(11lbls from LFS).. I noticed a rust looking substance in pactches on my mesh bag of carbon(in my sump) today.. could this be cyanobacteria? If so, what do I do?
