29 BioCube soon 2b 90 Cube

well the time is comin for my upgrade Dom's old 90 cube so i thought i would post up my 29biocube before i take it down and show you guys what i have in my lil piece of the reef.heres a quick list of what equipment i use and livestock in tank its a 29 biocube i use an aquatinics 5bulb t5 fixture a tunze 9002 skimmer(recently) using this skimmer use to use sapphire aquatics an mp10 a phosban reactor and a cpr bakpak fuge with miricle mudd and chaeto as for fish i have a pair of plats a pair of snowcassos 2 yellw chromis 1 leopard wrasse 1 yellow eye kole tang 1 mystery wrasse and a red scooter blenny i believe i have enough tenants this tank is a fish frat house

although alot of stuff has came and gone the scolys melted on me awhile back similar situation as cherry corals at the last frag swap the only one that survived was the smallest one

House your corals? You mean EXPAN the factory lol. Lmk when you start advertsiting your corals on tv lol. But any ways good luck on the upgrade i hope i get to make my 55G look just like your 29G nano tank one day.

yea im sure you will it took some time and a tank crash to get to this point i can actually see some corals growing very well now

Yea that's definetly the plan jiggy I have the tank cycling and will be for about 2 months rock was completly dead in the mean time ill be gettin the rest of my equipment and not lookin to rush this one I will look forward to startin that thread might have you come by to take the Official Pics

Thanks Jose and Brando I felt the same way if you look at my first pic you see a lot of rock and barely any sand bed so I took out rock and rescaped the tank creating more space and I believe it looks better this way

How did you stop sand from getting on your corals lol

I use to get sand all over the frags but I had to play with my mp10 for the most part I run it half way on lagoon settin and placed the mp just out of reach of sand but enough flow to not let debris settle in on frags. Every now and than I might get some sand on a frag or 2 but not due to my flow its due to my leopard wrasse going to sleep when he burrows or vice versa lol
