5 gallon nano (pico?)

Hi. Wanted to post pic of my 6 month old nano. LPS, SPS and softy. I have a fluval sea running with a TruelUmen LED. Filtration is an Aquaclear 50. Seem to have got the feeding regime right where I can control nutrients and any resulting hair algae but would you use a skimmer on this (not sure what, maybe the ones for the bio cubes) or just rely on water changes?

ideally water changes & proper flow should be sufficient for removing any unwanted excess nutrients , however depending on you bioload/future stocking plans a protein skimmer would be a plus in managing waste. a mame protein skimmer would be nice or hob refugium+macro algae)/skimmer (CPR backpack). test your water and see where your nitrate/phosphates levels are at and work from there.

thanks, I am only planning on the one fish and have a cleaner shrimp, blue legs and a porcelain crab in there
