I have two large dusters in my 10g. I was told to turn off the protein skimmer and add filter feeder food to the tank. Should i spot feed the dusters or just dose the tank. Also, if i don't use my skimmer anymore, can I just close the air tube and use it for circulation at least?
We just add their food 1x a week with the filter off for about a 1/2 hour then turn it back on , I dont run a skimmer but would say turn it off for a bit to allow them to get the food . I also squirt some in their direction to aid in there getting food
