Yes I paid 250 for mine for the 16G one brand new the iphone 4 and no I'm not talking about the new iphone 4S either

How did you accomplish this? Apple stopped selling iPhones without any type of wireless plan after the original iPhone for that price. One can get an unlocked/contract free 16GB iPhone 4s for $649. I'll run there for 5 immediately at $200 a pop, no strings attached. Also I don't believe there's an 8GB iPhone 4s, 16GB would be the lowest/starting tier.

Widdy is right, apple will not sell without contract. Great price considering. I sold my.original iPhone 4 on Ebay at release date for $600. You should be fine selling it.

No you didn't. The 4s starts at 16g so how did you get an 8g model? As of this morning an 8 gig 4 w contract is $99. Unlocked without a contract is $549. The 4s is only available in 16g and up, is $199 with a contract and $649 unlocked with no contract from any apple store.

My bad, it was 4s 16g. I forgot that 16 was the smallest 4s model.

I bought my mom a iphone via the iphone store app. No number was given to the phone as she needed to switch it to her account later (but i did not have to sign any contract) at time of purchase. I guess i must have linked it to her account without remembering it? I know for sure its not on my account.

It won't work with sprint, since sprint doesn't use sim cards. I have sprint service.
