african cichlid tank breakdown

looking to turn my 72 bow into a saltwater tank. so im looking to break down my tank, fish, filters, rocks and sand for sale. pm me offers. there are about 35 fish all coloring up very nice, alot of river rock, about 80 lbs of african cichlid sand and a fluval 404 and a 305 all very well maintained.
asking 150 for both filters
60 for sand
60 for rocks
200 for all the fish
whole package wil let go for 350
this will be great for someone who is starting up an african cichlid tank
