There are currently two 50 story high-rises going up on 6th ave between 29th & 31st. I also know the owner of the property on 30th between Broadway & 6th (whole block on 30th) plans to put up a big tower once, the MTA finishes the project we are working on. The neighborhood is changing, so the consumer base is going to be there.

alistair, depending on what you want to sell. we can actually squeeze that amount of space out for you. but we're probably looking at 5000sq ft for rent as of now. but like i said, we are neg.
