Free Fresh Water Fish

Giving away some fresh water fish for my friend. He wants to convert to a saltwater tank, so if you would like to donate some equipment or live rock/sand it would be much appreciated.
There are like about 15 pond goldfish, 2 kissing gouramies, 5 painted tetras, and some unidentified fish.
