Cops vs delivery guy

Today I seen 4 delivery guys get stoped by the cops. The first guy was around 9am and he was walking with a delivery and a bike on the sidewalk. The cop just called him over. So I continued running arrons and when I return to my car I still see them talking and the cops hands Hume something. A ticket? Not sure. Didn't think nothing of it... However, I seen the same thing happen 3 more times on the same day in the same area (upper eastside). The other three delivery guys where all doing the same; delivering on and off the bike.


Anyone else witness this?

Just thought I should share incase something's going on...

Proably looking for burglars I delivered flowers as a first job and while making a delivery got stopped by 2 plain clothes DT they where looking for robbers posing as delivery guys

That's what I thought at first but the delivery guys face did look like he wasn't happy about what the cope was saying. The guy looked upset, the cop handed him something that looked like a summons. But the delivery guy wasn't on his bike. He was actually walking...

Then maybe it was an appearance ticket for not producing ID

To be fair, how often do you see people stopped by the police in anything but a "not happy" face?

Its been 12 years and only a few smiles along the way! They might have been checking for burgs or soliciting violations... Or just busting balls

They are looking for a man who was dressed as a delivery person that raped a woman last week. It has been in the news.
