Saphire Aquatics Patent Info?

Does anyone know if there is a patent for the SA products? Since the owner ran away like a coward to hide from his responsibility to his customers I was wondering if he had any rights if anyone copied his design. Anyone have any info.

Only mention I could find was he was looking into patenting his impeller replacement. That was a quick search but will look more later.

I heard JBJ is talking with him and possibility of gaining the right to mass produce his products. If you need parts, talk to JBJ. If you want to make parts of his products, beware of JBJ. LOL
