Any Adobe Illustrator pros here?

I have a graphic that I need rebuilt for me in Illustrator. I currently have it as a rasterized image (which you can use for reference) and as separate vectors of each element, which you could use to rebuild it from. I just don't have it all together with color fills / gradients and layers. It was originally created in Illustrator, but somehow the source file has disappeared. I've been rebuilding each of the elements as clean curves, but I lack the Illustrator familiarity to put it all together into something that I can use.
