Dude you are selling fish and coral out of the basement of a bar, if the SLA ever walks through that door Club 7 is gonna get hit with a boatload of fines.

Please educate me as to what other requirements I need to be a legally correct fish and coral vendor. I think most of the vendors here are not sure either. I would like to abid to the laws as much as I can.

The basement portion is not part of the bar diagram in SLA. I do not know a bar and a fish vendor cannot co exist in same building. We have 2 floor of residents upstair too. But I think the SLA did not worry about the residents being upstairs.

No prob Jon, Like I said I was not going to get into it in the other thread I screwed that one up enough already, just don't want wingo to get screwed if he gets a visit from the SLA at the club. Was actually lookin out for his well being LOL that's all.

Last thing I will say on the topic is to review all the SLA paperwork and all of the Biz License and se what the city and state consider Club 7 and what they don't. Just to be safe.

SLA does not have any jurisdiction over other premises that you owned or rent in the proximity of your bar as logn as you have stated your ownship of them in the application.

There is no state law that I aware of banning the coexistance of a bar and fish store. I don't work for the city so it's better you check with the city clerk whether they have any other rules about fish store.
