Vacation home in VT?

Anyone own a vacation home or condo in Vermont? I'm looking to rent one in August and December.

I've stayed at Okemo a few times (Ludlow) and really enjoyed it. Although, we've never been there is the summer.

I'm really not picky about what area it is, as long as there's a pool and some local activities I'm happy.

Can you recommend a website that has rental listing?

How do you like owning? Do you own a condo or a private house? This past winter, we were thinking about buying condo on Okemo. We're still deciding if it's worth it. What has been your experience in owning?
