Favorite places of Salama

She goes from the Fish tank to the reef tank, to the hamster tank and unfortunately for her they all have tops.
This is my Kenyan cat (Salama=peace in Kiswahili)

Lucky had bone cancer, and we had to have her put to sleep today. The tumor was untreatable, and she was starting to suffer quite a bit. Even though we have known for a few months that this day was coming, it was very emotional and we will miss her a ton. As you can see from her picture, she had a lot of personality!

As we still have five cats left, we have not decided whether or not to get another furry animal:)

Nice pits! I have a Pitbull that looks just like HAvoc! My wife found him half dead when he was a puppy, they fought him and I guess he lost and they threw him on the side of the raod, we took him in and he has been the best dog. Good with my daughter, and good for the house. Who ever threw him out on the street lost a really good dog!

That's great to read Euroreefer!!!

These poor dogs have gone, continue to go through such hardship all due to the IGNORANCE of humans.

Yup, Im happy we were able to save him, even after what he has been put through he still manages to act like a normal dog and is still able to act happy when he sees people. I had some buddies come over and they were amazed at how nice he is..he doesnt even bark! LOL. So from a fighting dog, to a home dog is possible. We've had him for over 8 years, no issues at all! :dog:

Wish more people would give these guys a chance. They would be so surprised how good they are.
Before I adopted my first Pit some 6 or 7 years ago, I was also blinded by the media reports that I believed they were never to be trusted. If I saw a pit in the street I would literally turn around, and walk the other way. Now I approach them like I approach any other dog.:sgrin:
They are to be trusted/mistrusted just as much as any other canine... Except for those little dogs, I don't trust them at all. Sneakie little ......d:biglaugh:
