A great show about how the Crown of thorns star fish are eating all the hard corals in the Great Barrier Reef and their numbers are increasing thanks to Sugar Cane farming on the North Queensland and pumping more and more nutrients into the sea creating a breeding ground for these deadly star fish.Not enough predators or even humans can stop their numbers and soon there will no reef unless their populations go down to let the reef recover.Pretty sad.

Yeah I just saw that, really wish we could farm harleys to combat the problem.

You would need Like millions of those to combat those star fish.These guys get as big as car tires.

Hey i'm sure harleys are just like the other shrimps out there, laying thousands of eggs every time a female gets knocked up. If we were able to captive raise them with a good survival rate i'm sure with the help of people just poisoning the starfish they could make a serious permanent dent in their populations.

Pretty sad cause at the end of the show the narrator said that in the future all what will be left of the Great Barrier reef will only seen in a tank and depicted a nice show tank.I hope it won't come down to that.:irked:It's so Beautiful.

Time to have a mass scuba diving trip to kill some starfish.

On the show,these guys dive day and night to kill them off,it's just that they reproduce so quickly and often.
