!st i havent seen the shot. would love to. it sounds awesome.

2nd the mets would not trade one of there premiere players for any of ours especially if they do well in the playoffs. so forget beltran. burnett is worth it. sabathia is not. texeris is a good pick up and its a known fact that the orioles will not trade with the yankees. sanchez forget about him. he is a trading chip for someone else now. its clear the yanks are rebuilding. they are trying to rebuild from within and save some money. cano would only be traded for pitching. and quality pitching in that. also in joba you should know that he got injured. his make up is a relief pitcher. most pitchers who throw that hard cannot withstand 200 innings pitched etc. him and mo were a great tandom. hughes is a perfect #5 pitcher whom will be injured for a 1-/4 of the year.

I would not get AJ, he is good against the Yanks but bad with anyone else, I see a Randy Johnson in him. I would keep Matsui, Johnny, and Nady, then go find a centerfielder. sign CC but I think the Angels would sign Mark Texiera if they make it to WS so Yanks needs to 'show him the money'. could use moose for another year or two as 5th starter

If the Mets had a chance to unload beltran you dont think they would, that contract is insane for a premium contract not comparable player. I just think if the yanks could pry him away they get an above avg defender in his prime plus an added switch hitter. would not have to be the main guy!!!!!!!! Along w/ Texeira if they sign, another switch hitter hitting ahead of Arod & before Jetes & Johnny!

AJ is the 2nd best option out there, better than a 40 yr old Muss, aging andy, carl idle pavano, Ian Kennedy?, ponson? rasner?

I think that would be a no brainer!!! As for Cano, lo ve him to death but still iffy and stil, has some value!

THE YANKEES HAVE OVER 80 MILLION COMING OFF THE BOOKS...YOU KNOW THEY WILL SPEND THE MONEY, WE HAVE A NEW STADIUM AND THEY HAVE TO FILL THOSE SEATS!!!!

I've always liked Nady and i was happy that he became a Yankee. One of the most underrated players in the game. Very solid player who flies under the radar, keeps his mouth shut, and lets the bat do the talking.
