You know after seven years it still bothers me so much. I can't physically talk about it. I can't watch any documentaries about it. When the mere thought of what happened that day enters my mind I get all choked up.

I will never understand how those that lost loved ones deal with it.

I knew someone who who in the elevator in Tower 2 when it happened,the flames almost killed her,A stranger helped her out of the elevator.What a story.Let's get that new project going,it's behind schedule and under budgeted.People need a memorial to go to every year.

I had two relatives that were within a block radius when it happened. Luckily for me they got home safe. Still pray for those lives lost that day. I'm kind of disappointed at the freedom project...China was able to rebuild a whole entire city within 7-8 years....I went to the site the other day and it still looks emptry and barren...they need to take this forward and put whatever grudge they have aside.

Yea, def tell the principal. That's very offending to some...at least a minute of silence. Lost of innocent lives and fallen heroes...at least to remember them.

I worked at 100 Church St on 9-11-01, which was 1 block away from the WTC complex. Each year I visit that site to pray for the many people I knew that were killed that day and evereyone else who died that dreaful day. I can tell you everything I did that day from the time I got on the Staten Island ferry until the time I fell asleep. It's engrained in my memory forever, every second of that day. I feel the need to talk about it and visit it as often as possible. It helps me deal. I shed tears every 9-11.

I was in 5th grade.. one by one kids were getting called down to the office to get picked up. We called it freaky tuesday because we didn't really understand what was going on until we got out of school.

Guys, this may sound bad and please forgive me. I too lost people that day. But I think that everyday that our local politians fight and squabble about the site and every year and every day the site doesnt begin contruction is everyday that the terrorist won and accomplished their goal. Its sad that they cant get this project going. The oddest thing about yesterday was I checked my mail and World Trade Center was my delivered netflix movie. I almost broke down. As Hov put it I got that ball.

the reason why that tower isnt erected yet is because of polital bs.if all that would stop my brother ironworkers would have had that erected in months.
