problem with ups

ok so who all here has had problems with ups ? tired of their b.s excuse's and going to file a complaint with bbb so anyone else ? caught them in a lie

driver said he stopped by my house and no one was home { lie } wife and father-in-law were here said he didnt leave it because he needed a signature { lie } no sig was required, after several call's to ups and lead around the bridge still got no where then said id go meet him, they called back and said he is on ray rd, asked them where at on ray rd they didnt know, called to speak to a supervisor said one wasnt there { lie } 3 hr's later no call back, but yet they promise i will get it tommorrow and asked well what if no one is there to sign for it ? said they would just leave it, so asked why it wasnt just left before and so on. still havent got it lol :irked: so tired of their lie and this isnt the first or 5th time they have done this to me

i have a firend that work with them, he told me that if they are running behind they just skip stops and say no one home or let what you are discribing. Rick i am so sorry for the trouble.

np pmoney and i know they do that, isn't the first time they have done it to me i just hope he doesnt get pissed and step on the box cause i put so many call's into ups about it
